Food is really good and menu has many varieties including vegan options. Parking and Wi-Fi are free. Tgis restaurant has front and rear entrances. Price is a bit high. Average price for Pho is CDN 16.99 and up. Service is good, quick, and friendly. Definitely will come here again.

Delicious pho! The broth is flavorful and not greasy. House special is popular here! And the spring rolls are good! Ice coffee was also delicious. The restaurant was consistently busy during dinner service hour. Will be back again.

The broth is rich and flavorful.] The pho is tasty (no.1 house pho is my go to), staff are friendly, and you should try it if you're in the area. We have eaten at Kim Hoang a number of times. Serving simple and authentic Vietnamese food, it has become one of our go to places for delicious food. The restaurant is very typical for a Vietnamese restaurant. It is simple and functional. There is wear and tear showing and the busy establishment makes major renewals a challenge. Colours are the typical mint green found everywhere in Vietnam. Tables are diner style with simple comfortable seats. Condiments are located at each table, along with spoons. Everything is clean and serves its' purpose. Service is very efficient and friendly. Like many Vietnamese restaurants, this is primarily a family operation. You will be quickly greeted and pointed towards a table. Menus are provided and orders taken. In just a few minutes, food is on the table. If you're hungry and don't want to wait, this place is a good choice. The food is excellent. Flavors are nicely balanced and everything is fresh. I had their pork chop with meat pie and pork skin dish. It is a favorite of mine, although this version does not come with broken rice or a fried egg (many do not these days). We have also sampled the spring rolls and a rice roll platter with ground shrimp on sugarcane. Everything was very tasty. Kim Hoang is well worth a visit. Go hungry as the portions are ample.

It's been around for over 30 years. They have their own signature taste, consistent for all those years. I always order a House special Large. Their meat portion is generous but noodle and broth size is small. I strongly think this place is the Best pho in the Guildford area. I recommend to everyone.

Great little spot hidden in one of the many strip malls around Surrey by Guilford Mall. The owner was delightful and had great stories of her family and culture. While the ambiance and service was great the food was absolutely everything one would expect from authentic Vietnamese cuisine. Highly recommend. Fantastic spot.

This was honestly some of the best pho I ever had. I got the House special and added my own spice to it. Was super filling, and I usualy don't like beansprouts, but theirs tasted great with the broth.
